Shipping

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

New Zealand

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders over NZ$150 (incl. GST).
• All orders are sent by courier via NZ Post.
• Tracking numbers are supplied once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Australia

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders over NZ$217 (NZ$250 incl. GST).
• GST for Australian orders is removed at checkout.
• All orders are sent by courier via NZ Post.
• Tracking numbers are supplied once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Substitution

If a fly is temporarily out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar pattern of equal or greater value unless you request otherwise. If no suitable substitute is available, we will refund the value of the unavailable item.

Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
